MITEL (InterTel) 5000 ??? 1

We have recently acquired a remote office in the northeast US that has a new Intertel 5K phone system. It's sparsely provisioned (only 2 external LS trunks) and total of 4 users on it.

Not being fluent on this particular equipment, I have some questions;

Is it possible to CFA an extension to an external number? The user is telling me he can't. Obviously with an extn CFA to an external number, an inbound call to him would tie up both of their outside lines, which is another matter we'll deal with. The point is, is it possible?

To use Manual Call Forwarding:
1. Press the Fwd button, or dial the Manual Call Forwarding feature code from the table
above. ENTER FORWARD DEST appears.
2. Enter the extension number, or press the Outgoing button and then dial the telephone
number. FWD ALL CALLS TO <number> appears.
