mitel individual trunk access on PRI

Hi,
I have a strange situation,
We have 5 Pri's (3 on one controller, 2 on another)
When I do individual trunk access I can pick up trunks 1, 2, 3 on each PRI but none of the rest.
PRI's all up(green)
Trunk status all Idle
All use same COS and COR

ACC code - *#2
e.g.
*#2 0001 083XXXXXXX = OK
*#2 0002 083XXXXXXX = OK
*#2 0003 083XXXXXXX = OK
*#2 0004 083XXXXXXX = busy tone
*#2 0005 083XXXXXXX = busy tone
etc

Telco claims problem is on Mitel.....?

Anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried to man busy the trunk and the RTS it to see if it pulls it back into service? Also use the State command to see if it returns the same results.

check the trunks as well , perhaps tks1,2,3 are differnet settings to the others
