Sorry am not a techie, but wanted some advice.
Can the system allow you to have sperate rings tones for DDI calls and then general calls? Can this be done on the system or using My Assistant?
We have a main landline number which goes into a "group" and them DDI's but they both have the same ring tone and therefore you can never tell if its a DDI call or a "normal" call.
