Mitel Ex controller ( /exdeploy image)

Hi All
By mistake, I have deleted the following files from EX controller
vm/images/exdeploy.cfg
and vm/images/exdeploy.img

How can I retrieve it back?
or can any one share it with here

I tried restore to default, roll back and press the reset button for 16-17 sec
with no luck to retrieve it back

part of the article states
"There are two files required to upgrade the Mitel EX to support a full factory reset:

MediatrixSentinel_Dgw_45.1.1870_STNL-MT-D2000-167.bin (or higher) (36.6MB)
MediatrixSentinel_Dgw_45.1.1870-25-g8f7b69e10_STNL-MT-D2000-188.bin (2.7GB)

Note: Currently these files are only available from Mitel T3 support on request.
The two files will need to be in a FTP server that can be access by the Mitel EX"

I can see what looks like the first file in the exdeploy-1.1.23.0.zip downloaded from mitel Software downloads
The other one doesnt appear to be available


If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Yes these files aren't available on Mitel site

it can be downloaded from ex controller its self
