It the voice quality that is in the 3300. Enterprise Manager just collects it and sorts it under each phone.
So in the 3300 enable Voice Quality Monitoring and then wait a little bit (for some records to be generated) then go into Voice Quality Statistics and take a look. In Enterprise Manager you schedule a maintenance task and it collects these same records and sorts them. In Enterprise Manager you look at the IP phones and I believe you right click on a set and select view statistics.
