Hi all,

I have a Mitel MiVoice Business 3300
Release level: 8.0 SP3 PR2

This is a centralized on prem system with IP phones at multiple branches
We do not use tenant partitioning

I have 911 calling and notification working as it should, ARS routes, CESID, Emergency hunt group etc.
All works well BUT....

I want to set up the notifications so that when branch A places a 911 call only branch A is notified.
Is there a way to configure an emergency hunt group so that calls from any branch will only notify the hunt group/consoles associated with that branch?

No. There is only one EMERGENCY HUNT GROUP per MCD instance. The EMERGENCY HUNT Group is the only vehicle available for EMEGENCY NOTIFICATION.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.

If all your branches are running on the same system, then you need an external notification system.
- for example: if you are routing calls via trunking gateways there is the option to set up the
notification per GW but the catch is that you must have the notification device registered to that GW
Hard to win.

Otherwise 'now you talking' answered the question.

You need an external application to do that. Mitel's latest app for that is Revolution, which is OEM from SynApps. However, all this does is parse the info sent from the MiVB via emergency SNMP traps, so if you have an SNMP trap receiver and can write the code, you can roll your own...
