I have one that has gone Bad, it's part# is 9132-800-600-NA (specifically when the power is plugged in the phone goes in waiting for sync mode, w/o power it works fine just no recording)(yes I swapped power cords around with a different one and No change)
I have asked around to a number of places on the web and Mitel Dealers and nobody seems to have one,

Thanks in Advance

No I don't, but if you get stuck, you can always wire out a handset tap to your recording device. Not a neat as the DNIC device but it'll do in a pinch.

I know i could but that would be a Royal "Pain in the back side" to deal with the Wiring to get it to where the recorder is, and i'm trying to avoid that if at all possible

DEAN Enterprises has them in stock

Ask for Terry

Initially I talked to someone Else at Dean and was told they didn't have any and I have Since Gotten a call from Terry and one is on the way,

A lot of DEAN's "inventory" actually isn't sitting on a shelf in the literal sense. On specialty items like this they keep a list of several customers who have the odd pieces and excess inventories for sale. Then when the need arises they can "call-in" whatever they need, check it over in their shop & turn it around to you in fairly short order. Terry Cunningham is the one to talk to for your SX2000 needs as I think he keeps the inventory in his head.

If there's a lesson here, it might be to anticipate your needs on "hen's teeth" items and keep your own working spare (or two) in inventory as we do0. The day is quickly approaching where a lot of this stuff will be extremely difficult to find.
