Mitel made it so easy. I never knew how good we had it.

With a simple entry into the Digit Mod table it is relatively Duck Soup to change a 9 + 7-digit number into a 9+1+ 10 digit number, for example, changing 95551234 to outpulse 917135551234 on the trunk. (Digit Mod: Absorb 1 and insert 91713)

Agreed,
ARS and routing is great on the Mitel 3300.

Cisco seem to make thing more difficult than they have to be.
