I have inherited a mitel phone system and do not understand the system well enough to formulate a question but my scenario is this: I have 6 phone lines, 5 endpoints with 1 line going straight to fax. Incoming calls to phone numbers 555-2000 and 555-2001 ring on all endpoints or extensions.
I want: 555-2000 to ring on all extensions.
555-2001 to ring only on extension 1000
555-2002 to rings only on ext. 1001
555-2003 to ring only on ext. 1002
555-2004 to ext. 1003

I have not been able to locate a manual to describe how these calls are routed to program or associate 555-2001 with ext. 1000.
I would really appreciate your help.

Oops sorry see thats a Mitel 5000. Have you downloaded the system administration & diagnostics software to access the system?

I do have the mitel cs 5000 db programming software installed and I am able to access the database.
