I was just looking into this also as it keeps coming up from customers. Is this a "No" as in nobody knows, we wish Mitel would fix it or is it more like, this should work and we're doing something wrong?
The console is designed as I high volume answering position. It allows queueing of calls. In the event of multiple simultaneous calls, the only sensible scenario is to display the ID of the call in progress not the call or calls waiting.
