Mitel Conferance solution

We run VCon here with 15 ports for the conferancing, the system has never been stable and needs a reboot every week, some times it just freezes up on us.
Mitel has known this for over 2 years and finnaly agreed to change our system, hurray...... But i have heard rummors that Mitel Quick Conferance is no longer supported by Mitel , and that Mitel Bought a new company in the US that makes conferance systems.... so i am about to have a new system installed that is not ever supported by mitel, and i dont even know if its any good...

some one out there have any info on conferancing systems from Mitel and can some one tell me if they have one that works.... how about feedback on the quick conferance software,,, feedback anyone please

Ask them to install the AWC, that's the new one. It's Audio and Web! V good

Im still trying to find out what AWC is. I know its audio and web conferencing but I cant even find any mitel documention on how it compares to collaboration or quick conf or if its used in conjunction with it... I dont think there a webinar yet for it either

It's a legacy Inter-Tel product, so perhaps the Inter-tel website might have some more useful info?
