I am looking to program the CLI on a Mitel 3300. Have a customer that wants his personal DID to show up instead of the Main number? Looking through the help portion of the programer and it mentions the "Modify CLI substitution menu" but i Cannot find it. any help would be appreciated

for a one off its easier to simply use the associated DN form

Ok Not really a Mitel guy just trying to help a customer. how would i use the associated dn Form?
thx again

Instead of me looking up the instructions, why don't you find the form on the system and then select help.

Everything you will need to know is in there.

Hi Derrick72,
On the trunk type you´re using for oçthi extension outgoing calls look for "DID Ranges for CPN substitution".
Set up your substitution entering at DID ranges your internal extension DN and as CPN substitution the intended CLI number.
After that only remains to set the index you used for masquerading at "CPN Substitution".
Warning if your trunk type is SIP the las form "CPN Substituion" is a tab on SIP Profile.

I hope this helps you.
