I think their web developer just does not have enough other work to keep himself busy and so constantly tinkers with MOL with the sole purpose being to drive users crazy. There have been numerous changes over the past year.
The funny part you probably didn't see. For members of the User Group a link to software download became visible and lets me go all the way to the actual download and fails on connection to the ftp server because of authentication. I think the rights control system is crewed up over there.
