Mitel CCM wont connect to Excel for reporting

Hi Guys

Hope someone here encounter same problem.

When i click the view button under reporter inbox...the system only stuck and won't direct me to excel.

Tried restarting the reporting service but no lock. Excel is working fine when tried to use.

CCM version = 6.0
OS version = Windows 2012 R2
Excel = 2007

Microsoft issue:
You can open Excel.
Under Options, Trust Center, Trust Centre Settings, Macros, Check off Trust VBA project object model.
Click OK to exit and close office applications.

If this does not work, you will need to add the VBA feature to Excel.
Control Panel, Right-click Microsoft Office 2007 and select Change.
When the Office screen comes up select Add-Remove Features.
Expand the Office Shared Features section and select Visual Basic for Applications.
Choose Run from My Computer, and click continue and follow the on-screen prompts to finish the feature change.
Start => Run and type services.msc and then restart the prairieFyre Reporting Service.

Hi Waldosworld, tried that workaround before but no luck.

When you click the view button it shows me blank page.

Does excel even launch? check taskmgr
If so, does it have all the latest service packs?
Able to email report?
