Following a recent upgrade to CCM 7 the MaintenanceAlarmDispatcher service is using a extraordinary amount of CPU usage and Memory. The Alarms on the Yoursite and CCC grey out until you reset the service and then it goes green, red and grey again (Over a few minutes).

Has anyone seen this and have any suggestions?

Many Thanks

You check for a patch to the software? Have seen posts suggesting a patch was added soon after the release of 7 to fix a bunch of issues.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.

I've got the same issue, this is cause by a large number of Alarms, if you open the RSS of the CCM you will probably see a lot of Alarm Device Mismatch, etc. the CCM7 V7 will send a bunch of huge email with all the detail of the alarm this is what cause the Service to use a lot of CPU and ram, what I did is disable all the alarm I don't care and it worked.

Same as me. mitel say it is memory but already have 6GB. Only 15 agents and a small IVR. I think 7.0 has issues.
