Mitel calls back to user

I have one phone, and it does something strange. When the user calls another number and leaves a voicemail, he hangs up and a few seconds later his desk rings back from that number. There is nothing on the line, just a dead callback. I don't know why this would do that, and I am starting to think maybe it is a bad phone. Am I missing something? I have gone over everything in the server and it is just the one phone. I even removed it once and put it back in. That seemed to fix it, but now it is doing it again. Any ideas?

Sounds like a misconfigured message waiting notification in the voice mailbox.
