Hello All,

I have a Mitel Ax rel. 7.1 PR2. The problem I have is the system calls an outbound cell phone number whenever 911 is called from site. I ran the SMDR dump and saw that Att1 made the call. I have looked in the system speed dial, ARS, Call rerouting, and in the emergency alert hunt group. I still could not find this ten digit number defined in the system to remove it. Any suggestions to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Try running the command "DGT TRACE 911" in the maintenance commands. This should show you what is being used to route the call e.g. ARS.

Looks like a technician was probably testing the EMERGENCY ROUTING. Look in the DIGIT MODIFICATION table for the EMERGENCY ROUTE; bet that you find it there.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.
