Hi

Ive posted on here recently but didn't get any replies. Im preying that someone here can help because Ive hit a brick Wall. Im not 100% its possible to do what Im trying to do.

Ive have clustered Mitels on MCD 6.1.

On our version of software we have had to use dummy numbers because Ring Groups don't appear
in the Call rerouting table. So for example we create a dummy number 67012 and we call forward
always to RG 11276 Ring ALL ring group and this works fine. We set call rerouting 1st to voicemail
and this works fine.

When the users that are in the ring group and not available we set their call rerouting 1st back to 67012 and as long as someone is logged in this is fine.

Our issues are when no one is logged into the Ring group and we call the individuals on their number, I can see that the call would have no where to go and you get out of service. Im trying to either send this to the group voicemail of 67012( ideally) or some kind of voicemail saying no one is available etc. But I don't want to setup thousands of play only voicemails for the individuals.. We just cant get the callers to individuals getting out of service when no one is in the group.

Ive played with the dummy hunt groups and tried the different types but cant get anywhere at the moment. Any help or clarification if this can be done would be really appreciated.

Hi Trh1

When you say that you get out of service when the idividual is called,do you mean you are ringing a direct number to their extension? if they are logged out and have no call re-routing programmed on their indivudal extensions, you would get out of service.
