Mitel Support team are investigating reports of loss of integration relating to IP/Mitai integrated Voicemail systems or other IP / Mitai integrated solutions that make use of Call forward/Call Reroute Reason codes delivered .
The symptoms are tied around loss of integration using reroute always, and message keys for voicemail retrieval, or calling
across a cluster.

Examples of IP/Mitai integrated solutions would be Nupoint Messenger, Messaging Server 6510.

At this time if you are contemplating an upgrade to SP1 or installing a new system and are utilizing an IP integrated voicemail solution, it is strongly recommended you defer until information regarding a fix is posted in this bulletin.

This problem is not evident in MCD 4.0.

UPDATE:: A 3300 Call control relink is available on Mitel On Line under the Mitel Communications Director Software downloads. Instructions on how to apply are also available. The Relink requires a reboot to activate.

Current schedule for a new build of MCD 4.0 SP1 ( 10.0.1.22) will be available for download by end of day Wednesday oct 28th.
