Mitel bandwith usagw

we have a mitel VOIP solution and are thinking about putting some 5235 or 5201 phones in a remote office.

im trying to size the line we require, we currently have 500k of bandwith we can utalise for this. my question is what bandwith overhead will each concurrent call require?

This depends on a lot of factors, what Codecs are used, etc.,
