Mitel AX CC Unavailable

Hello everyone.

Does anyone encounter an issue like this with new installation..

We have a new AX controller with preloaded MCD7.2 but when trying to change the date & time for licensing purpose, it returned an error "Generic Form Application Error:Internal Database Error" seems so odd. Alarm details is "CC Unvailable".

Hope somebody can share their thoughts.
