want to be able to remove the information on the email that i send out to the people who are invited to the confrences i set up, Currently i have to this manually and is a real pain.... ist there a way to edit the information before the system produces the auto email to send out???

By edit the info, i mean take out all the 'system will call you IP' , etc and to alter the who the invetation is from?

do you send this from outlook at the moment?

My AWC currently sends out threw Outlook and am able to EDIT the information threw there. What email/client are you using?

Im using Outlook 2010, the AWC produces a 'template' which i can edit but i want to be able to eduit this template so i dont have to do the edit everytime i set up a confrence.

The invitation text comes from

/usr/awc/

http://www/htdocs/vcs/en-gb/vcs_conf_common.xsl

Never tried to remove it
