I want to be able to remove the information on the email that i send out to the people who are invited to the confrences i set up, Currently i have to this manually and is a real pain.... ist there a way to edit the information before the system produces the auto email to send out???

By edit the info, i mean take out all the 'system will call you IP' , etc and to alter the who the invetation is from?

You can use outlook express making a calendar event and it will track and remind you of it.
