Hi Guys,
I have a customer who have a Mitel Application server with Teleworker, they are also using VPN Clients to connect back to their main site / Network.
The whole solution worked without any issue until the end of last week, the customer says they have made no changes and we as the supplier have made no changes.
The teleworker works fine and the VPN Client can connect back to the main site and access email and databases and so on - what their problem is they have a third party application which is located at another location, they have a leased line which connects the 2 sites together giving them access to the whole network - their issue started at the end of last week, they can now not access the third party application remotely (it still works internally ok).
What also bugs me is that my laptop is the only device that works with no problems - i can get connected to the customers VPN.... then onto their third party application.
The only difference i can see is that my laptop gets the following information.
IP address 10.0.0.242
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 10.0.0.242
other devices that have the problem get..
IP address 10.0.0.241
subnet mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 0.0.0.0 (all the remote pc's... apart from mine get this default gateway)
So i would say this is a routing problem.... the issue i have is that I'm not sure where the client are getting their IP addresses from, the customer says it's not their DHCP server and i cant seem to find any to program this on the MAS server
Please help
Regards
Andy
