Been trawling the web for a few hours now trying to find some info that will help me a small piece of integration work we're trying to do. We have a remote dialler solution that takes data feeds from various sources, makes calls into a call centre then thru connects them to a client ( if anyone's interested).
One of the customers has a Mitel system and wants us to keep his agent's busy with calls without him having to change up or down the concurrency limits. If we can find a way of remotely monitoring agent availability within an ACD/hunt group we can send lots of calls when they're not busy and none when they are.
Can anyone point me in the right direction (or direction come to think of it)?
