Hi

Does any one know if you can use Mitel with GSM Gateways, looking at using a 3300 but remote site does not have ISDN. Any help and advice would be welcomed.

I would think that would depend more on how you would want to interface the Mitel to the GSM Gateway, I have a system with analog trunks to a GSM gateway. You can also get gateways that support SIP trunking and BRI. There is no reason why these wouldn't work.

We are using a 2n Office route ( sip gsm gateway ) it has 2 sims at the moment ( but room for 4)on a CXII running MCD 5.0 SP1

Works pretty well most of the time , occasionally the 2n needs a reset.

We have also used analog Gatways before but the Sip ones work a bit quicker. ( call connection delay is less with SIp than with Analog)

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

yes weve used the 2N kit, both PRI and BRI units in "dedicated" and "pass-through" installations.

As per Billz comments they occasionally need a reset but apart from that generally work well.

Thanks for your solutions, it is greatly appreciated.
