Mitel A470 Auto Attendant

Hello people

I have a problem in Mitel A470 when i enable Auto Attendant with a greeting and provide a destination upon dialing '0' line do connect to the said destination but once i disconnect from the mobile end line still keeps ringing if not answered. I am using analouge trunk lines here.

Any disconnection timer to be look into? or any function to be enabled?
 
Yes you will need to let it know what to expect for disconnect signal.
Under System > Interface > Analogue > Port x.x you will need to enable Release Signal and set the type.

I assume what you meant is Line Reversal. This is already enabled and still the same scenario. If the person is not available in the seat it will still keep ringing and the line will be seized until the person returns to the seat and disconnect it manually.

It will depend on what your carrier provides as disconnect signal.
Here in Australia, Line Reversal is longer available so we rely on Busy Tone for disconnect. It is not as reliable but it is our only option for analogue trunks.

Maybe try all options and see if any work, otherwise talk to your carrier to see what is available to you.
 
I am facing this issue only with Mitel A470, If I use the same analogue trunk with another PABX (Different Vendor) it works perfectly fine. so my final conclusion was it has something to do with Mitel A470.

Let me drill down more, and appreciate if you could come across something update me too.
