Mitel 6940 Message Light Flashing 1

Hello.
I believe I was in the wrong place when I first asked this question. I have a 6940 Mitel phone that has a Message Indicator Light that will not quit flashing. I've tried everything that I know of to get it to turn off. I've unplugged it from the network several times. Have called and left a message and then deleted all messages. No luck. Thoughts?

If you use the Maintenance Command - LOCATE FEATURE EXTENSION XXXX - Does it say a callback message is active or Dialed Message Waiting?

Is the phone or any key on the phone associated with a hunt group?

Is the phone associated with Dial Zero or Mailbox Zero in any way.

Also confirm that this is a 3300/5000/other
