I have 2 out of 6 Mitel 6940 phones that boot up and then say Anonymous instead of available. I can't find them in the director so I can't assign them to a user. if I try to assign them from the phone it says username or password is invalid.
I have used a TFTP server to upgrade the firmware but even after the upgrade it comes up Anonymous. Is it the phone can't work on Mitel connect? It was built for cloud only?
