During the "shortages" of 2020-2021 we purchased several Mitel 6930L that had no bluetooth chips built in. We felt ok on this as we were told by the sales rep that a person could just plug in a bluetooth dongle and make any headset work.
Time comes when people start asking for headsets, and there have been none so far that seem to be compatible. The phones will not even identify the USB dongles when plugged in.
Does anyone know of any headsets that will work with the 6930L phones?
