Mitel 6920 IP Phones

Hi,
Site is running vMCD 8.0 PR3 with mixture of 5320e, 6920 and 6940 IP Phones.
The 6940 and 5320e are working fine, but the 6920s are having issue. When you ring the extension, the phone rings and as soon as you pick it up the phone lost connection and reboot itself, once it reboots it gets stuck at asking for "PIN" page, only a reboot can fix this(The phone will boot up with the extension) This happens to all of the 6920 so far and can't seem to find the problem here.

When this happens below logs are generated in SD log.

sorry cant help with that

we have same software and mix of pretty much all phone types 5312 5320 5320e 5330 5340 5360 6920 6930 6940

haven't had any issues

I can only assume that the TFTP downloads for the 69 series worked when they were installed
perhaps they arent running the correct firmware

can you list off what firmware version they are
- available from the settings menu via the cog button

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

From system admin tool I can see the phones are running Software Version: 01.00.00.179
IF I http into the phone the Active software is: ota_BCM911107_MINET_6920_voice_v6_5_jffs2.bin.
