Hi guys, does anyone here encounter a 0's report on reporter? My prob is that i need to restart the CCM server whenever i got 0's data during report extraction. This instance frequently occurred at least twice a week.

As you know there are many reports and without more info regarding data collection and recent changes made to the 6100 my first advice would be to carry out a summarise data.

Pick a date in the past when you had reports working correctly and summarise the data back to this date and then run your reports again.

If you still do not have any data then we will need to look at other options.

hi supernova, my concern is that the reporting service seems to have a problem. Whenever i need to generate reports then i got 0's i have to restart the ccm server but prior to that..data is not available unless i'll restart the pabx too. This issue only exist at least once a week.

What versions of software are you running both for the 6100 & 3300

3300 - 8.0
ccm - 5.4

right now it's working properly but for sure by next day or week...zero report will exist again.

If you run the CCC on the server with the network manager running and you click on the data link do you see both the SMDR & ACD streams?

Also in the %root%/program files/prairiefyre inc/ccm/data/node1

Can you check that both the 'A' and 'S' records are being generated and archived
You should be able to open them with notepad and view the SMDR data etc.
If all seems well then check to see if a service pack is available for your CCM

Also in the %root%/program files/prairiefyre inc/ccm/data/node1

After prairiefyre software inc/ccm..only "services" folder is available.
c:/program files/prairiefyre software inc/ccm/services/watchdog

It is probably stored on the D drive this is normal practice

D:\program files/prairiefyre inc/ccm/data/node1
