I have recently received a few Mitel 5610 handsets and the PIN codes have been changed away from the default 0000. I have tried to search for a way to reset the PIN back to default have had no luck. The only documentation I can find on it is how to factory default the DECT stand. Any help appreciated!

I'm not aware of any programming software. I always register the handset to the DECT stand by using the browser menu ( using the IP of the DECT stand ). I figure a firmware upgrade would fix the issue but I cannot seem to find any firmware online.

Yeah, I not sure what software wireman50 is referring to either. It's simply a web browser to the base station.
With respect to the SW its on the Mitel Website. Do you not have access? It's under the heading IP Dect
