Hi All. I'm a little stumped by this one. We have a site where they have newly installed 5610 cordless handsets (all set to version 2) connecting back to an MBG server.

Most of the installed handsets are working fine, however the oneis connected and showing as registered on the IP DECT stand configurator, but it can't receive calls (but it can make them!). When you dial the phone internally, you get Forbidden 480 - which I've checked is a Caller Temporarily Unavailable reply. It doesn't go to voicemail - and when checked shows as "Out of Service" on the 3300.

I've tried de-registering the handset, and re-adding it. No success :(

Any one have any ideas why it would be doing this? I was going to try swapping the phone next...

Are you able to test the set inside the network, instead of going through the MBG? I know the 5610's can be really flakey on setup. Also have you confirmed the user PIN on the 3300?
