Mitel 5604 Issue

We have an issue with the Mitel 5604 DECT. When you answer a call and either long press the green button or second press the green button it places the call on hold. Is there anyway to change this?

What system is the set on? Might be able to disable hold in COS, or change the hookflash timer.

It is the Mitel Ascom Dect. Turning off the feature in the 3300 does not seem to work. It appears to be a phone design..but a bad one!
