I have a Mitel 5603 connected through a Ruckus wireless point. The phone works fine and shows wireless signal as full. After a while it will show No Access on the phone although the wireless signal is still maximum. The guide says "switch the handset off and on again or contact system administrator". If you reboot the phone it works fine but at some stage it will show no access again. The phone is not being taken out of range and no changes are being made so what would cause it to lose access, is there a setting I need to change ?
