Hi
we have two Mitel 3300 controllers with MCD 4.0 SP3 setup with resiliency.
We have 5340 phones and 5560 IPT phones. Locally the 5560 phones connect to the 3300 with no problem.
When we try and connect the phones to the 3300 across our WAN(A MPLS 100MB connection) from our DR site, the phones struggle to connect and after maybe 5 or 6 reboots they connect. Once up, you can make and receive calls but after a few minutes, the phones lose connection to the 3300 and reboot.
We also have 5340 phones in the same location and they work consistently all the time with no problems.
We have had our WAN tested from all angles with no loss of packets detected when the 5560 phones reboot.
Our curent maintainers and Mitel have done Wireshark traces but cannot find any reason why the phones lose connection and reboot.
Any suggestions appreciated and thank you in advance.
