Mitel 5550 IP console PBX Switch board 1

Hello,

we are using a Mitel program for the pbx switch board and it seems that the phone list is out of date or updated very little is there a way in the program to go and edit and add them directly to the busy lamp field, cause when we try to add people to it in the option lots of number are missing or don't exist. Any Help would be much appreciated .

Add the missing numbers on Remote Busy Lamp form & then add names in tmr Telephone Directory form. That is if I got you right.

Any number you want to display on the BLF on the console has to exist as a BLF in the system. we sometimes build a phantom phone with dual PKM's to add everyone to as a BLF. Then I believe you can select which ones you want to display on the console. look under tools or options for BLF there is a list of all BLFs in the system one side and then you move the ones you want to see to the other.

I don't have a consloe to look at to give you exact steps.

I solved the issue, just had to look around inside the mitel 3300 ICP for the extension that had the PKM then just edit the extensions quick dial buttons to update the list thanks for the help anyways guys much appreciated!!
