Is it possible to make a message when may caller calling the operator console 5540 like
please wait our operator is busy
so that the caller notified that the operator is busy

I don't know what your skill level is (or how good my memory is) so I will provide a short highlight without details for now.

[li]You will need to have a RAD (recorded announcement device)[/li]
[li]Typically you will use an embedded voicemail port (or two/three)[/li]
[li]The Port will need to be removed from the current hunt group (choose from the middle numbers, not first or last)[/li]
[li]The COS for those ports will need options changed[/li]
[li]Complete all the steps to make the ports act as a RAD (this is the greatest difficulty)[/li]
[li]Set the RAD hunt group as the first alternative reroute point for the console LDN[/li]
[/ul]

I cant remember when support for it started but you can also now use call coverage for console delay

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
