Mitel 5540 Console no longer functions with hospitality features?

3300AX system required a complete database restore from a backup. After restore and reboot all phone and features came back system wide accept for the 5540 console.

The original installation had the fixed key next to the trunk key labled guest service which is how we accessed the hospitality functions.

This key now does nothing at all and following the manual and pressing function key does not provide an option for guest room?

Any assistance on how to set up the 5540 to once again access hospitality feature would be greatly appreciated.

You will manually have to program this key as 'guest service' using the function button then pressing the button you want to program until guest service is displayed....I think.....
