Mitel 5340 can't program auto dial button

Any idea why I would not be able to program an auto dial button on a Mitel 5340? I get an error message that says error cannot program button at this time

This is installed on an SX-200. Thanks in advanced.

Is the issue isolated to 1 set or all of the same type or all phones in their entirety. 5340's open many possibilities that need to be eliminated.

What SW Rev? Again eliminating possibilities.

Mitai in the COS of the phone?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
