mitel 5330e ip phone listed under IP inventory without an extension number.

I'm working on a Mitel 3300 Rls. 6.0 SP1. I've been asked to assign a new extension number to a 330e IP phone. I found the phone listed under IP inventory based on the MAC address, it's listed without an extension number. Since it doesn't have an extension number assigned, I can't find it under user and devices, how can I assign an extension number to that phone?

If the "State" column says "UnProgrammed", you just need to assign that MAC address to the extension you want to program, and then reboot the phone.
