Mitel 5330 Voicemail access through app

Hi Guy,

Hope you can help,

Our users are unable to access their voicemails today via the app on the 5330 handsets (‘system error’ message) – when you dial the voicemail hunt group you can access ok.

This is the message i can see when i check the logs...........

This has only started yesterday, before then this worked without any problems.

Version of software is MCD5.0 SP1 on a CXi Controller

You stop ans start the VM service? Saves a reboot.



I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
 
Looks like a known issue with MCD5.0 - which requires the app to be restarted.

This has been fixed within MCD6.0
