MITEL 5330 Message light blinking no message

Mitel 5330 voicemail message light is blinking but their is no message

any suggestion?

Is the extension the dial zero location and are there messages in the zero MB

If you stay on hook and push the envelope then read the message does it give a number it came from. It could be someone send a message, or dialed the message waiting on code or left a call back. The internal VM programmed but not used?

You can't duct tape stupid.

On a Mitel 3300 - from the phone you can do this: #18[extension#]. This worked for me.

@JH55407 - It's very unlikely that feature codes from one system would work on another. Not impossible, but so unlikely it might as well be.
