I know this is probably not the right forum for this but I was thinking maybe someone has played with connecting Mitel 5330/5340 phones to A Cisco Call Manager. We can get the phone to ring put a call on hold and transfer a call but that is all we can get to work. We would like to be able to have the functionality of all the buttons for speed calls and such.

5330 and 5340 can be put in SIP mode. If the Cisco supports SIP phones then they should work. Not sure what capabilities are available when a 5330 is setup as SIP.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

We've tried this and basic call functionality is all we were able to achieve, ergo your 5330/5340 investment is usable, but barely. It is entirely possible I missed something...
