Hi,

I have users that want to "kill" or forward a call without actually answering it. DND works fine if activated before a call comes in. Forwarding works fine unless the person that the call is being forwarded to is busy on the line.

Scenario is that boss is in office busy in meeting and has forgotten to enable forwarding or Do Not Disturb. Secretary is busy on line. Call comes in. Fowarding does not work (as Sec is busy on line). How does he send it to voicemail etc without picking the line up?

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Dave

When a phone has deactivated it's CFA and he is being called, the phone will have a forward option in the left top corner. That will pass the calling party to the last CFA destination. If that is busy then the next option the system does is the call reroute first alternative, He should have a Call reroute to Voicemail.
