Mitel 5312 Voicemail out of service.

Hi Everyone,

I've got 3 users who all of a sudden arnt able to access there mailboxes using the voicemail key on the phone but when they dial into the mailbox it works fine. when the user presses the button it comes back with a message saying out of service. they have enough licenses on the system and I've tried removing the mailbox and building it again. does anyone have any suggestions I can try?

is their call coverage set the same as others that work ?
