Mitel 52XX phones problem

Hi:

I have an old ICP 3100 with 4.2.3.0
I try to connect a 5220 phone and but the system don't see it.
I look inside the flash and the files for 52XX are not there.
I found a CD with the boot and flash images, but I don't know how install it in the system.

Please Any Help?????

That old of a release may not support that set type. Quick way to verify, if you cannot program a set as a specific type, then your release does not support it.

Also, is the 5220 you're trying to add a 5220IP, or a 5220 Dual Mode? I know for certain that 4.2 won't support the latter.
