Any one knows the ports that need a mitel 5220 ipphone to work
I need to know to open them on the firewall

Hi, The ports needed are in the engineering guidelines document. If you don't have access to this I'd be happy to copy and paste them in a next post or something.

It's a good idea anyway to have this doc at hand.

Hi Eugene, i agree with you ,its always good to have a guide but for my bad luck im end user so i dont have any access to mitel download place or knowladge base ,ive to search by my self and theres no too much info on the web ill be relly aprecciate if you post me that document.

are you using teleworker or what? if not why would you need to open ports if your on the same network?

Yes im using teleworker behind a fortinet firewall ,i have a public IP only for this service but i was having some troubles with the 5220 phone located on mexico city.
