mitel 5215 phone rings and never goes to voicemail.Help

I need help reseting the mitel phone so that when there is no ans it goes to voicemail. Thanks Jerome

you should configure call rerouting 1st alt with the voicemail hunt group as it's DN. Then assign the first alternative "index" number to the station's 1st alt under station service assignment

all of the above is done under call handling under system administration

If you not very experienced in programming the 3300 or 200ICP you might want to just program call forwarding using the superkey on the phone
